1 box linguine
Hot red pepper flakes
Fresh chopped red pepper
Semsame seeds (toast lightly in
toaster-oven before adding)
1. Cook linguine according to
package directions; drain.
2. While still hot, mix in 1-2
tbsp peanut butter, and 1 tbsp sesame oil.
3. Add soy sauce, garlic powder,
chopped red peppers, hot pepper flakes, toasted sesame seeds, and chopped
scallions to taste.
I do all this with no particular
measurement involved. Do it to your own taste. The soy sauce should make the
linguine somewhat brown in color. Enjoy!
